What are implementation tools?

Systems Improvement through Service Collaboratives (SISC) has adopted the National Implementation Research Network (NIRN) implementation model as a guiding framework. This framework relies on the assumption that effective implementation of effective innovations will lead to positive client outcomes.

In order to ensure interventions are effectively implemented, the Service Collaboratives are using evidence-based tools to guide planning, decision-making, implementation, and evaluation. Many of these tools have been adopted from other sources. Click on the links to download the tool and get more information on who created it and how it has been applied to the Service Collaboratives. Visit the Implementation Framework page to find out more on the Service Collaborative initiative’s guiding principles.
